Shoreline Hooker is a demo / portfolio storefront. It is not a live business. No real orders are fulfilled, no payments are processed, and no real personal data is collected, stored, or shared. The sections below describe how a policy of this kind would read for a real store, for illustration only.
This policy explains what information a store like this would collect, how it would be used, and the choices you would have. Because this is a demonstration, any forms on the site are mock-ups that do not send data to a real server.

A live store would use this information to fulfill and ship orders, provide customer support, send order and account updates, improve the site, and, only with your consent, send marketing such as our newsletter. It would never sell your personal information.

A real store would rely on trusted service providers, for payments, shipping, email, and analytics, who process data only to perform those services. This demo does not transmit your data to any such providers.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to opt out of marketing at any time. In a live store, you could exercise these rights by contacting us. As a demo, there is no personal data on file to access or remove.
A real store would keep personal data only as long as needed to provide its services and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize it. This demo retains nothing.
This site is not directed to children under 13, and a live store would not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child provided information to a real store, you could contact us to have it removed.
